- Rates quoted are in Canadian dollars.
- From/to Airport/private transfers, point to point, as directed, dinner, etc. (excepting weddings and evening shuttles), cancellation must be made at least 24hrs before the pickup up time for sedan and SUVs, and 72 hours for Van and minicoaches, otherwise full charges may apply.
- Weddings, evening shuttles, tours, and graduations: Our cancellation policy is as follows, if cancellation notice is received more than 30 days from the event date, the amount of deposit is non-refundable. All deposits/payments are non-refundable if cancellation is received within 30 days of the event date.
- Weddings, evening shuttles and and graduations: 25% down deposit, non refundable, would be required to make the reservation, the remaining balance would be taken within the 30 days of the event date.
- For free amendments in bookings please email info@patagoniachauffeur.ca at least 24 hours in advance or call 1.833.888.8861 at least 8 hours before pick up time.
- For every additional stop for transfers will be charged half hour of the vehicle’s rate, per stop. Additional stop (excepting weddings, evening shuttles, tours and washroom breaks).
- Waiting time for international arrivals in YYC, no charge for the first 45 mins after actual flight arrives, and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals. After those times, charges may apply from the vehicle’ hourly rate, plus the additional airport fees.
- Waiting time for departure/point-to-point transfer- No charge for first 15 mins from agreed pick up time, after those waiting times, charges may apply (Excepts weddings, evening shuttles and tours).
- No able to downsize the type of vehicle booked, between 24 hours notice for sedan and SUVs, and between 72 hours notice for Van and minicoaches.
- Cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is left in poor condition. Bodily fluid clean up has a minimum $300.00 up to $1,000 charge to compensate for cleaning and the vehicle out of service. No exceptions.
- Smoking/ vaping not allowed in the vehicles, otherwise may be a $1,000 violation fee, and termination on site of the services.
The Company, Patagonia Chauffeur Services Ltd. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown, including flat tire, while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the services without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Patagonia Chauffeur Services Ltd. is not responsible for delays, or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. road closure, accidents, snow storms, unsalted roads. etc). Patagonia Chauffeur Services Ltd. is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicles.
