Which area do you service?

Mainly Calgary/YYC, Canmore, Kananaskis, Banff, Lake Louise.

Where are you located?

We are in the beautiful town of Canmore, province of Alberta, Canada, only 5 minutes away of the Banff National Park, and an hour and 15 minutes of the Calgary International Airport.

What kind of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a large selection of sedan, SUV, Van, minicoach and stretch limousines to transport up to 24 passenger per vehicle.

Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles are fully licensed and insured.

Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

The prices shown are always per vehicle, The maximum number of passengers and bags which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown under each car class. The number of passengers does not affect the price.

Reservations:

How to make a reservation?

You can do it only thru our website, by telephone or email.

Am I receiving any confirmation email after making a reservation?

Yes, we will provide a confirmation email with a specific number with all the trip details

What type of information I would need to provide to make a reservation?

We would need:

The pick up location, time, flight info, stops, number of passenger and baggage, type of service (airport transfer, wedding, evening shuttle, dinner, tour, etc), drop off location, contact name, email address, passenger name and phone contact information, credit card information.

Am I receiving any proof of receipt after making a payment?

Yes, we will send a proof of receipt by email after getting any deposit or payment and the confirmation/reservation will be automatically updated.

Can I make any updates to my current confirmation/reservation?

Absolutely, if the timing change, would be subject to our availability, also if the duration of the services increase, charges may apply.

What should I do if I forgot to add my flight information or other details?

Please call us or send us an email immediately

When is my services charged to my credit card?

Your credit card information will be required upon making the reservation/confirmation. The credit card can be charged before or after the trip is completed. At the time of the booking, we may require a down deposit to secure the reservation.

How do I change my credit card?

Please email or call us to update it.

What type of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Arriving at Calgary International the Airport:

How do I find my chauffeur and vehicle when I arrive at the Airport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you across of the carrousel baggage area for domestic arrivals (between doors #1 and #12, depending on the flight info), your chauffeur will hold a signage with your name on it, for the international arrivals, your chauffeur will be standing at the long counter, holding your signage’s name, near door #16.

What if my flight is delayed?

For airport pickups, Patagonia Chauffeur services, will provide you with a complimentary wait time of 45 minutes after your International flight arrived, and 30 minutes for domestics. By providing your flight details upon booking, your chauffeur is able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. In the situation where you are facing a lengthy delay, please contact us on your arrival to work out an alternative solution. We understand that there may circumstances beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays.

For all other trips, will provide you with a complimentary 15 minutes wait time.

Miscellaneous Questions:

Are pets allowed on board?

Pets are allowed only if travelling inside a crate and placed in the trunk of the vehicle, crates and pets are not allowed in the passenger seats. Our SUV and Vans are the best to suit them.

Do you allow smoking/vaping in your vehicles?

We operate in accordance with the rules and regulations of our industry. Smoking/vaping is not permitted in our vehicles unless otherwise noted.

Can I add stop to my one-way transfers?

Absolutely, you can add one or multiple stops, rates increase may apply (excepting tours, weddings, and evening shuttles).

Can the rates increase if I want to do a washroom break on my way to the destination?

No charges for washroom breaks.

Does Patagonia Chauffeur Services Ltd. provide car and booster seats for children?

Car and booster seats are complementary, upon request, and subject to availability.

Are you closed on holidays, Christmas, and New Year?

No. Our chauffeurs operate on the roads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Primarily reservations are made between 08:00 – 22:00 Monday thru Sunday.

Are there any charges if I get sick in the vehicle and left bodily fluid?

Bodily fluid clean up has a minimum of $300.00 charge, up to $1,000.00 to compensate for cleaning and vehicle out of service. No exceptions.

Does the price include gratuity?

Generally, most of our prices include the standard 15% / 20% gratuity for the chauffeur.

What happen if I forgot a personal item in the vehicle?

Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the service period.

Do you offer special packages for weddings and other events?

Our clients are free to choose from any number of wedding and special event packages. We are also more than willing to tailor our services to suit your group’s needs. All our weddings and evening shuttles has unlimited stops during the time booked. All wedding services has 3 hours minimum.

Will you decorate the vehicle we reserve for our wedding?

Unfortunately to protect the paint and the shape of our vehicles, we do not decorate them.

How far ahead should I book my wedding transportation?

As soon as you can! usually we get requests between 1 to 2 years notice.
