Terms and Conditions Shared Shuttle
Moraine Lake & Lake Louise shared shuttle Service
- Patagonia Chauffeur Services offers daily shared shuttle services to
Moraine Lake, ensuring maximum comfort and safety. Our vehicles are
equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant journey.
Reservations
- Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. It is recommended to make reservations at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability
Rates and Payments
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit card (Visa and
Mastercard).
Passenger Requirements
- All passengers must comply with safety and behavior standards set by
Patagonia Chauffeur Services. Passengers are expected to maintain
appropriate and respectful behavior towards staff and other customers,
alcohol and drugs not allowed on board. - All the rates are the same considering children and Adults.
- Pets are not allowed on board, but they can be placed in a safe crate in the
trunk of the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Customer
- Customers can cancel their reservation with a penalty of $50.00 Cad+ taxes
up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. - No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours in
advance, or in case of no-show.
Reservation Changes
- Changes to reservations are allowed without an additional charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to availability.
Cancellations by Patagonia Chauffeur Services
- Patagonia Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel any service due to safety
reasons, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond
our control. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to
reschedule the service or receive a full refund. - The shuttles would need to have at least 4 confirmed bookings between 24 hours of the departing time to make the trip, otherwise the company will try to reschedule with the next available departing shuttle, or will provide a full refund to the customer if can not accommodate.

I recently enjoyed a beautiful 4 day trip to Banff Canada which was a trip of a lifetime. However leaving early this passed Saturday become a little unnerving due to an unexpected snow event. it was very early Saturday morning the ride from Banff to Calgary was approximately 1 1/2 hours. Joe arrives to our hotel calm as a cucumber. My friend and I were both nervous because the more we drove the more it snowed. The entire ride Joe was calm and talking to us about where he was from and truly kept our nervous Minds very calm. He was professional and sweet and kind and his driving skills on point. He got us to the Calgary airport on time and safe. he truly made what could have been a stressful drive wonderful. Thank you Joe!!!!!!!

Josh from Patagonia Chauffeur services ensured a perfectly seamless transfer from Banff to the helipad for the CMH Bugaboos lodge. This was a big deal as after 40 years of coming to the Bugaboos I was showing the lodge off to my wife for the first time , everything had to go smoothly! Denise, our driver, was absolutely wonderful. A fabulous driver who clearly knew her way around. Quite a bit of snow and fog around but she made us feel completely safe with her obvious experience and knowledge of the roads. Patagonia Chauffeur Services was an excellent choice for our mode of transportation during our wedding day! Our driver, Cesar showed us the best way to get to the Engine Bridge for our pictures and he offered us bottles of water after a lot of walking! Their prices are very reasonable and everyone we spoke to was very customer oriented. We also hired Patagonia Services through our venue to provide a shuttle service at the end of our reception, which was definitely worth it! We got one shuttle for 90 guests, but I heard from some of our guests that Patagonia Chauffeur Services brought an extra shuttle for a few trips to help cover a major flux of guests at one point. This went above and beyond, and I was very impressed with this company’s service. I highly recommend Patagonia Chauffeur Services to any bride and groom looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly ride!

We hired Patagonia to transport our wedding party + photo/video team (14 people total) from our wedding venue to our photo locations and back again. They arrived early, the vehicle was immaculate, and Cesar even accommodated a second quick photo stop for us on the way back to our reception. Hire them!! It is worth every penny and more. The Patagonia team helped make our wedding day easy and stress free. Because there was some extra time before the bride, groom and wedding party needed to be at the ceremony, Cesar drove my two little nephews (+dads) around town and it was a highlight for them! At the end of the night, Cesar and his team made sure our guests were brought home safely through fresh mountain snow, and everyone was very complimentary about the excellent service. I would hire them again and will be referring them to everyone.

We are incredibly happy that Cesar was part of our wedding day! He didn’t just drive the limo, he truly cared about helping to take care of all of our guests. On our wedding day we visited three different locations in the snow. Cesar helped to carry our backpack and coats, he made sure everyone looked their best and he joined our small group on a 20 minute uphill hike in the snow and helped to navigate. He was extremely friendly, kind, professional and punctual. All of our guests loved him! His limo was clean and comfortable. Cesar was an integral part of our special day. Thanks a million Cesar!
