          Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. It is recommended to make reservations at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Rates and Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit card (Visa and
              \nMastercard).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Passenger Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • All passengers must comply with safety and behavior standards set by
                \nPatagonia Chauffeur Services. Passengers are expected to maintain
                \nappropriate and respectful behavior towards staff and other customers,
                \nalcohol and drugs not allowed on board.<\/li>\n
              • \u00a0All the rates are the same considering children and Adults.<\/li>\n
              • Pets are not allowed on board, but they can be placed in a safe crate in the
                \ntrunk of the vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Customers can cancel their reservation with a penalty of $50.00 Cad+ taxes
                  \nup to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.<\/li>\n
                • \u00a0No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours in
                  \nadvance, or in case of no-show.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Reservation Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  • Changes to reservations are allowed without an additional charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Cancellations by Patagonia Chauffeur Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • Patagonia Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel any service due to safety
                      \nreasons, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond
                      \nour control. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to
                      \nreschedule the service or receive a full refund.<\/li>\n
                    • The shuttles would need to have at least 4 confirmed bookings between 24 hours of the departing time to make the trip, otherwise the company will try to reschedule with the next available departing shuttle, or will provide a full refund to the customer if can not accommodate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
